Terms & Conditions
These services are provided by Naoko Sukegawa, trading as “Nowco” (referred to as “the Practitioner”).
1. Services Offered
The Practitioner is Naoko Sukegawa, trading as Nowco. The Practitioner provides integrative sessions which may include:
Solution-focused therapy
Hypnotherapy
Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT)
Yoga-based practices
Energy-based or holistic approaches
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may combine different modalities.
The work is also informed by broader psychological understanding and therapeutic principles where appropriate, while remaining grounded in the Practitioner’s core areas of training.
A free 30-minute initial consultation may be offered.
This consultation is intended to discuss your needs and determine suitability for ongoing work. It does not constitute a full therapy session.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
The initial session may extend to up to 90 minutes, allowing time for a more in-depth understanding of your needs.
2. Nature of the Work
These services are intended to support personal development, emotional well-being, and self-awareness.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
If you are under the care of a medical professional, it is recommended that you inform them of any therapeutic work you are undertaking.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Their own well-being and choices during and after sessions
Communicating honestly and openly
Seeking appropriate medical or emergency support when needed
4. Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential, subject to the limits outlined in the Privacy Policy (e.g. risk of harm or legal requirements).
5. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Sessions are typically 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full
6. Fees & Payment
Session fees will be communicated in advance
Payment is required in advance via bank transfer or PayPal
Packages (if offered) must be used within an agreed timeframe
7. Online Sessions
For online sessions:
A stable internet connection is required
The Practitioner is not responsible for technical disruptions beyond their control
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and safe environment
8. Scope of Practice
The Practitioner works within their training and experience.
If a client’s needs fall outside this scope, referral to another professional may be recommended.
9. No Guarantees
While many clients experience positive outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed.
Each individual responds differently to therapeutic work.
10. Professional Boundaries
This is a professional relationship. Contact outside of sessions is limited to practical matters (e.g. scheduling).

12. Practitioner Details

13. Agreement
By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the agreed time. The full session fee will apply.
If you are significantly late, the session may need to be treated as a missed appointment.
15. Outdoor Sessions
Where appropriate, sessions may also take place outdoors in a quiet, agreed location.
These sessions can offer a more grounded and spacious environment, supporting connection with the body and surroundings.
Please note that confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in public spaces, and this option will only be offered where suitable and with your consent.
16. Online Sessions
Online sessions may take place via Zoom or another agreed video conferencing platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection, a private space, and a device that allows them to participate safely and confidentially.
The client agrees not to record, screenshot, or share any part of the session without prior written agreement.
The Practitioner will not record sessions unless this has been discussed and agreed in writing in advance.
If the video connection fails, the Practitioner and client will attempt to reconnect. If this is not possible, the session may continue by phone or be rearranged at the Practitioner’s discretion.
