The services offered by Nowco include integrative therapeutic and wellbeing approaches such as solution-focused work, hypnotherapy, Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT), yoga-informed practices, energy-based approaches, and holistic support.
These services are intended to support emotional well-being, personal growth, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. They are not a replacement for medical advice, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health services.
Nowco does not provide an emergency or crisis response service.
If you are currently experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, are concerned about your safety or the safety of others, or require urgent mental health support, please contact an appropriate emergency or medical service immediately.

Sessions provided by Nowco are supportive and therapeutic in nature but do not constitute psychiatric treatment or medical care.
No diagnosis, medical assessment, or prescription service is provided. Clients experiencing severe or complex mental health conditions may be encouraged to seek additional support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, such as a GP, psychiatrist, or licensed clinical specialist.
Where appropriate, integrative approaches may be used to support emotional processing, behavioural change, self-understanding, relaxation, and wellbeing.
Client well-being is taken seriously. If there is concern that a client may be at significant risk of harm to themselves or others, appropriate safeguarding action may need to be considered in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities.
This may include encouraging contact with emergency services, medical professionals, or other relevant support providers.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and all clients are treated with care, respect, and professionalism.
