Each of us is uniquely shaped by our life experiences, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is grounded in methods that are both evidence-informed and deeply respectful of your personal journey.
Drawing from Solution-Focused Psychotherapy, I help you explore practical and meaningful ways to move forward. I also incorporate IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique), which supports emotional processing and can be particularly effective for addressing patterns linked to trauma, anxiety, limiting beliefs, identity issues, unpleasant memories and emotions. In addition, Hypnotherapy is used as a gentle yet powerful tool to access the subconscious mind, enabling deep inner change and self-discovery.
When appropriate, I integrate somatic approaches such as yoga-based movement and breathing techniques. These practices help regulate the nervous system and support the release of tension and trauma stored in the body, bridging the mind-body connection in a grounded, accessible way.
My approach is also influenced by the humanistic approach, which places empathy, authenticity, and presence at the heart of our work together. I believe that healing relationships, including the one you have with yourself, are essential to emotional well-being. As we work together, you may come to understand behaviours or emotional responses better than once felt confusing, uncovering their roots and reclaiming your sense of choice and clarity.
I also bring in elements of energy healing when appropriate, which can offer an additional layer of support, restoring balance and aiding emotional and energetic release.
Therapy with me begins with a free 30-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss what you hope to achieve and how we might work together. These goals will guide our sessions and be revisited along the way to ensure they continue to align with your needs.
I offer a safe, confidential space, whether in person or online, and sessions can be short or long-term depending on your preferences and circumstances.
